The implementation of Occupational Safety and Health (OHS) protocols at PT. X Samarinda, using Internet of Things (IoT) technology is proven to improve work safety and productivity. This study examines the effectiveness of IoT in supporting OHS compliance, with key indicators such as increased use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and decreased incidents of OHS violations. Based on survey results and interviews with 24 employees, IoT technology was able to detect violations in real-time, increase PPE compliance by 85% and reduce OHS violations by 30% within the first three months. In addition to IoT, continuous training is also key to improving OHS understanding, which supports a stronger safety culture. The recommendation for companies is to continue the integration of IoT and training programs to create a safe and productive work environment in a sustainable manner.
