Banjarmasin Post Group is a company that develops business model in daily newspaper either print or online media. Located in HJ Djok Mentaya Building, AS Musyaffa Street, no. 16, Antasan Besar, Banjarmasin Tengah, Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan. The vision is to be the largest, best, integrated and widespread company in Southeast Asia through a knowledge-based effort that creates an educated, enlightened, respectful society of diversity and fair prosperity. The purpose of this research are (1) To identify and analyze whether leadership and physical work environment influences employee performance at Banjarmasin Post Group. (2) To identify and analyze whether leadership and physical work environment have an effect on job satisfaction at Banjarmasin Post Group. (3) To identify and analyze whether job satisfaction affects employee performance at Banjarmasin Post Group. (4) To identify and analyze whether the leadership and physical work environment affect the performance of employees with mediated by job satisfaction at Banjarmasin Post Group. This research is include explanatory research type using quantitative approach. The analytical method used is a path analysis). The result of this study provide the fact that leadership has no effect on employee performance either directly or mediated by job satisfaction. This happens because the employees have become accustomed to the leadership that has been applied to the company so that employees are not aware of the influence of leadership that leads to increased employee performance. The physical work environment affects employees' performance either directly or mediated by job satisfaction, and job satisfaction has been shown to affect employee performance. The conclusion in this study is the Banjarmasin Post Group has managed to provide leadership, physical work environment and job satisfaction that can affect the performance of employees.
